1. Scope

These terms govern the commercial relationship between CatGrips and wholesale customers who access our B2B portal. By registering, you accept these terms in their entirety.

2. Orders and payment

Orders are placed through the portal and confirmed by bank transfer. Prices are shown excluding VAT. The order is processed once payment is received.

3. Shipping

Orders are shipped within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery times depend on the destination country.

4. Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days for defective or incorrect products. Contact us at [email protected] before sending any return.

5. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Spain.
